e.g. sql=select * from mytable where myfield='test'

becomes just sql=select * from mytable where myfield

As far as i'm aware it's perfectly valid to include an "=" in the value, though i stand to be corrected

I suspect this may be related to the fact that both of those values have spaces in them - unfortunately, they are obtained from the system (e.g. "Realtek AC97 Audio").
